The charming two-bedroom, one bath cottage with gas fireplace and full kitchen is located on Samish Island, overlooking Padilla Bay. Surrounded by native trees and lovely gardens, with views of the San Juan Islands, Guemes channel, the distant Cascades and Mount Rainier.
Built to last with local stone and cedar in the 1940’s, the cottage represents a time when life was slower, and sweeter. Carefully restored to retain the rustic charm and authenticity, it offers modern comfort and convenience for our guests. Rates:
- Rates begin at $259 per night for two people.
- Enjoy a 15% discount for stays of seven nights or more.
- Extra guest fee-$25.00 per person, per night.
- One-time cleaning fee- $60.00.
- 2 night minimum October 1 – May 31.
- 3* night minimum June 1 – September 30.

Policies:
- No Smoking or vaping inside the cottage.
- No Pets. We are unable to accomodate pets or service animals due to allergies.
- Children must be 12 or older.
- Maximum(4) persons including registered guests or approved daytime visitors.
- Check in is 4:00-6:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am.

Payment:
- A- 50% deposit is required to reserve.
- The remaining balance is due two-weeks before arrival.
Cancelations:
- Cancelations must be made by contacting the hosts to avoid forfeiture of any deposit.
- A cancelation notice of 30 days is required for reservations made less than 6 months in advance.
- A cancelation notice of 60 days is required for reservations made more than 6 months in advance.
